I

I was born into truth
and rearranged into a lie.

II

The wound was the curriculum.

III

I wasn't shattered.
I was being shaped into sight
of my wholeness.

IV

Expression is the pathway back.
It is through the wound that wisdom is forged —
and through healing that it becomes expressed.

V

The most courageous thing I can do
is choose to see myself clearly —
without the distortion
of wounded mirrors.

VI

My work is this:
to make the unconscious conscious.
To see what was inherited.
To understand what it shaped.
To live out the expression that was excavated.

VII

The goal was never to become someone new.
It was to finally see myself clearly —
whole, beneath the distortion.

VIII

My deepest gifts do not live
in who I inherited.
They live in who I become.
