I Trust Myself

To know. To choose. To begin. To receive. To rest. To create. To become.

Self-trust is not something you build once and keep forever. It is something you return to, again and again, every time you choose yourself over the noise.

For many of us, the trust was interrupted early. We learned that our knowing wasn't safe to speak, that our choices weren't ours to make, that beginning something new required someone else's permission, that receiving felt dangerous, that rest had to be earned. We learned to outsource our inner compass to people, systems, and voices that were never meant to hold it.

The work of reclamation is the work of returning. Not to a perfect, unshakeable certainty — but to the quiet, persistent knowing that lives beneath all the inherited doubt. You know things. You have always known things.

Trusting yourself doesn't mean having all the answers. It means believing that you are the right person to find them. It means staying in the room with your own experience long enough to hear what it is actually telling you.

Say it again. Say it until it lands. I trust myself.

Where in your life have you been outsourcing your trust — to someone else's opinion, approval, or permission? What would you do, say, or choose if you fully trusted your own knowing right now?
